i dont use OS X and rather guess that Apple script is not enough for X users so if the majority on this list uses X then simply tell me where there is a list that is about applescript and not perl or whatever

Set up a filter in your mail client to filter out any post with the word "Perl" or "#!/usr/bin/perl" or something.
