Well, for one, most of them are simply extensions to exisiting settings. But it would require the settings UI to be reworked, which would be a good thing anyway. The only settings page I've ever seen worse than Eudora's is Mulberry's for sheer intimidation value.

Alas, too many years of familiarity have blinded me to the intimidation factor in Eudora's settings. Looks like an old comfortable shoe now.



But then, a LOT of Eudora needs to be revamped.

There's no doubt that the filters could be beefed up to great advantage. Two conditions aren't enough. The "redirect" action is broken (or was as of a few months ago), and there needs to be an AppleScript trigger.



I'd also like to see the dictionary get some real work too.

I wouldn't object to that, though in the hierarchy of battles to fight on behalf of AppleScript, it's way down on my list. There are so many new things to swear at.
