Hi all,
I am a newbie on applescript, so forgive me if a ask a question that has
been asked before.
I have about 10000 (!) moviefragments to edit. They are all fragments with a
lenth of about 3 seconds which are to be cut in iMovie.
The fragments must all start with a fade-in en end with a fade-out.
So far I began to work manually in iMovie:
Import the long film
Cutting in pieces of about 3 seconds
Per scene adding a fade-in and a fade-out
Export the scene as a quicktime-movie.
This work doesn9t make me very happy, so I am wondering if this is
scriptable. Cutting in pieces isn9t scriptable because I have to descide the
cuttingpoint visually, but after that is boring and I would love to script
that.
It9s not necessary iMovie to use. It can be another application, as long as
it is Mac ofcourse, and preferably OSX.
Can anyone help me please? Anyone any suggestions?
Kees
