What are you talking about? Then you shouldn't say things like:

You're not doing anything of the sort. You're working on an app that wants
to take advantage of the success of iTunes to make some money. That's
perfectly fine - I do stuff like that too. But please cut the PR crap here.
Just get on with it. I can't write a script to sync Entourage with iCal
because of scripting lacks on both sides. I've made feature requests -
there's not much else I can do.
If iTunes scripting support is poor - what else is new? Most of the new
Apple apps are like that, to some degree or another. Send feature requests
for improved scriptability to Apple, and in a year or two they may well make
it better. Maybe even by OS 10.3 - who knows? in the meantime, find
something else to do if there are no workarounds.
