who owns 'unexpectedly quit' dialog?

i'm checking out prefab's ui browser(thanks scott -- http://prefab.com) and gui scripting

i'm trying to close an 'unexpectedly quit' dialog that filemaker pro 6 unlimited presents periodically

but no process owns up to it

activating the finder does not bring it forward; tickling various processes that are running does not do it

command-tab does not cycle through it, and using the keyboard shortcuts in universal access to flip through all windows does not do it for me

is there any way to activate that dialog from a script, and just as important, to click that ok button?
