Hi, list!
I know this isn't related to AppleScript, but maybe someone on the list can help me.
Each time I run Disk Utility to repair the file permissions, I get messages alluding to some new permission 33261 (is this octal, or what) and a DB.3 which has always the wrong permissions.
The problem is twofold: (1) filenames aren't case-sensitive with HFS+, so how come db.3 is wrong when DB.3 has just been corrected in the very same directory, and (2) that file doesn't even exist, even when searching for invisible files with FileBuddy or whatever.

Moreover, when I run Disk Utility twice, or even three times in a row, the files are wrong again. Is it only me, or has anybody experienced that strange behavior?
