Couldn't work out how to use Play Sounds from Jon.

With help from Jon, got this to work.
1. Must be out side of tell block.
2. Won't run from "Script Editor" Wonder why that happens?

Got this reply from "Dixon, Hugh - BUP" <email@hidden>, works great.

Hi

Try http://microcosmsoftware.com/playsound

It's a scriptable FBA that lets you do just what you want.

The "open the sound file "click.aiff" of startup disk" from Danny
Goodman's book doesn't work and the Applescript Guide doesn't deal
with sounds.
