Dude, if your previous efforts weren't sufficient, then there's nothing that can stop you except a sysadmin password you don't know.

You can easily make the script application's owner be root. Then you'd need a root password to muck with it.

There's probably some way to make a protected shell script run the protected app at login. Then you'd need to use shell scripting to get rid of it, but seeing as how you'd have to set it up, I don't see how it's very secret anyhow.

Have you considered handcuffs or amputation(s)?

Therapy, perhaps?
