Sure, you're right logically speaking - if a script saves time and is
easy to use then you'd expect people would be delighted to use it. Our
scripts work well and we can prove it, most of our users agree and use
them.
What bothers me is the small minority who's usage tails off. I was
wondering if anyone else experiences this and how they deal with it. My
preferred solution involves hitting users with a large stick but
unfortunately employment legislation prohibits this.
