I don't think the other responses to your question have given enough
emphasis to the possibility that your scripts are too hard for some people
to use productively. User interface design is a hard art to master, and the
people on the developer side of the equation are not usually the best people
to judge what makes a good interface.
It's true that AppleScript doesn't offer many opportunities for good
interface design, unless you go off into third-party add-ons or AppleScript
Studio. But there are still things you can do.
There are lots of articles around about how to design and how to test user
interfaces. Nothing beats watching the users in action to see where they're
having trouble.
