This is not just a problem with getting users to use provided AppleScript
scripts.
I once sat with a Conrail HQ systems guy who was going around installing
Conrail's new freight car tracking and reporting system in the freight
stations around the system. He then revisited after a brief period, to help
the folks with any remaining problems.
He found that in many locations, within a few weeks of his visit, the gang
had not only stopped using what he installed, but they hadn't simply
reverted to the prior system. Instead, they reverted to the old paper
shuffling system which had been in vogue two decades before.
