As I understand it, the list server might do this automatically if the level
of bounces from a domain becomes unacceptably high. This could be caused,
for example, when somebody blocks all messages from a domain that appears to
be the source of spamstorms.

People involved in the transmission of spam are scum, pure scum.

I think it's time to involve the military. Each piece of spam needs to be tracked to it's true point of origin. Then, a special strike team needs to move in, capturing the "Internet terrorists" involved so that they can be brought to a special tribunal at the Hague or somewhere, where they would be tried for their Crimes Against Humanity.

I'm not kidding.

What...? Oh...!
}

I feel that that is only half of the cure. What about ALL the PCs that are infected and spreading their virus everywhere? I don't think they really need to be "tried for their Crimes Against Humanity." but it sure would be nice if they could be stopped. Seems to me that maybe the IP's of the world could be encouraged (forced) to only pass on email from a reliable source.
