As I understand it, the list server might do this automatically if the
level
of bounces from a domain becomes unacceptably high. This could be
caused,
for example, when somebody blocks all messages from a domain that
appears to
be the source of spamstorms.
People involved in the transmission of spam are scum, pure scum.
I think it's time to involve the military. Each piece of spam needs
to be tracked to it's true point of origin. Then, a special strike team
needs to move in, capturing the "Internet terrorists" involved so that
they can be brought to a special tribunal at the Hague or somewhere,
where they would be tried for their Crimes Against Humanity.
I'm not kidding.
