If you are a member of ADC (Apple Developer Connection) it is included
with the download of XCode. Just log in, go to your downloads and then
go to Mac OS X stuff. The XCode download is there.
You can also download Pacifist, a program that allows you to separately
install items from packages such as the Mac OS X install disks. Here
