Just Curious: why would you want to script the script editor?

Because frequently one has a repetitive action which doesn't lend itself to looping through in FileMaker's scripting language. However, an AppleScript routine could build these repetitive items for you.

By the way, have you tried UI Browser 1.2

I downloaded and tried it. Basically it returns not much by way of detail for the Script Editor window.
