All right, I suppose maybe this is broken in Smile 2.5.6, I really can't check that now. Apologies for the confusion.
The line above runs correctly under Smile 2.5.8 [1] in Jaguar as well as in Panther.
It returns a huge list. Here is just a short excerpt:
