If the items to be stuffed are all in the same folder, you could 'choose
folder' then 'list folder' with multiple selections allowed, or simply make
your script into a droplet that you can drag the files to be stuffed onto.
If you want to stuff items from different folders into a single archive
you'll need something more like NG proposed.
