Not to say that it's a rule but the several files that I searched contained the rectangle as 4 real numbers separated with space, in a line which starts with "%%HiResBoundingBox: ". There is also a line with the rectangle as 4 integers separated with space, in a line which starts with "%%BoundingBox: ".
