There are lots of problems being reported (MacInTouch; MacFixIt) with File
Vault. Lost Finder preferences and others.

I'm leaving File Vault off until we get past the initial release.

(And maybe longer...I stash a few particularly sensitive things in a PGP
Disk and others in the program Little Secrets (and I export the data from
Little Secrets into the PGP Disk volume now and then). Before upgrading to
Panther, I dumped the Little Secrets file into an unprotected space, just in
case.)
