Just in case any of you didn't see this (and before a bad data karma befalls you):
Panther (10.3) has a glitch that can wipe some connected Lacie firewire drives based on the Oxford 922 Bridge Chipset with firmware 1.02.
Affected drive owners should disconnect their firewire drives until a patch or fix has been released.
Applies to Lacie d2 series Firewire 800 drives with serial number below 1339xxxxx and below 0339xxxxx, shipped between April and end of Sept.
