You don't explain the "interaction" specifically. You say you get FM to
"open artwork"...to insert it into a record? Or its path? (What does
"update information with the artwork itself" mean?)
Where does Illustrator come in? Are you telling FM to open artwork in
Illustrator? (?)
When, in the script, does Illustrator error (looking for stuff, as you
described)?
