Illustrator and Filemaker interaction

  • Subject: Illustrator and Filemaker interaction

I9ve hit a wall with some auto-artwork scripts. I can get Filemaker to open
artwork and update information with the artwork itself without a problem.
BUT if Illustrator offers up a dialog box such as looking for an image or
Suitcase9s font missing warnings, the script goes to pieces.

Can anyone think of a way to get these dialogs to be ignored or am I left
with splitting the whole thing into 2 parts i.e. Filemaker opens the file
and stops after the dialog boxes and then manually running the artwork
update script within Illustrator?
