I keep getting a -48 error when trying to print postscript from Quark via an applescript. Apple Error Codes describes an error -48 as DupFErr Duplicate filename. file found instead of folder. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. there is absolutely no way that there is another file of the same name (or a folder for that matter) in the location I am trying to print the postscript file to. It happens after the entire file has spooled but before the actual postscript file is written. I'm stumped and p!$$&d off. Is Quark looking for a folder instead of a file? I don't get it. I've had a similar script working in the past, so I am fairly confident about the way I'm issuing the commands. Does anybody have any idea as to what may be causing this behavior? (it's not the file. when I postscript it manually, it works fine, and if I try other files via the script they fail in the same way).

B!ll

PS - MacOS 9.2.2, Quark 4.1.1, AS 1.8.3
