Hi wayne melrose,
I think, the proposed task is solved best with a script of Filemaker
itself! You could search for each company and delete all records except
the first one or the last one or one with a special feature.
Wy using Applescript?

Hi there..
It might be a little late in the evening for me.. I'm Hoping someone
out there is a little more fresh ;)
I have a simple filemaker database, I have many records of business
with their respective contacts (say 5 per company)
My problem is that i have mulitple records (that are useless) for the
same contact person.
So i want to write a script that will search for company name, then
contact, and find the records that are the same for those
requirements, then delete all but 1..
any thoughts?
