Hi Wayne,
Ok, since I hadn't asked my question as clearly as I should have, I'm going to
assume that you have 2 company records "Pepsi" with 2 contact records "John
Smith".
This is best approached with a looping script. I don't know if this is a list
"no no", but I'm attaching files for you that have an example of a looping
script in it. Open the companies file first, and you can poke around to look
at the script, etc.
Note that I am not taking into account error trapping, what *specific*
criteria that appropriate constitutes "duplicate" in your business scenario,
and many other factors. But I'm not sure what your skill level is so I figured
I'd just throw this out there and then you can pick my/our brains for more
detail if necessary.
