Not sure if this will help you, but this is the way i always do then i want to create daemons that runs then a machine is logged in and invisible for the user, so they don´t quit it or do something they are not supposed to... i use an app called "Drop Script Backgrounder", all you do is create the app in Script Editor as usuall, then start "Drop Script Backgrounder" and just drag the newly created app to DSB and viola its invisible and still runs as expected !
