I have Mac OS X and Photoshop CS.
I don't have CS, but my version 7.0 errors unless a "preview type" is also
specified:
save docRef in myFolder as Photoshop EPS with options {class:EPS save
options, encoding:maximum quality JPEG, preview type:none}
