Yes. There was a bug, not just in Jaguar but in all previous versions of
AppleScript, where 'store script' would leave file "shell" unlocked. A lot
worse could happen - I had scripts completely disappear, replaced in its
file by a different script stored earlier. It's supposed to be fixed in
Panther. It sounds like it must have been the same bug, or related.
