Anyone converting scripts from InDesign v2 to InDesign CS might be
interested in a Web page I've put together covering some of the
scripting changes.
It's not an exhaustive list and doesn't cover many of the new features,
but it does cover many of the common pitfalls where the implementation
has changed.

feedback is welcome. Hopefully it will be regularly expanded as I find
the time.
