The "Get error information ..." Smile tool (included in the standard distribution) is just a human interface to MacErrors.h - it contains MacErrors.h.

BTW if you get a more recent or more exhaustive MacErrors.h, you can open it in Smile, select "Get error information .." with the ctrl key pressed, it will load the new file and use it then on instead of the preset one.
