The easiest way to do this is using either iCal or MS Entourage. In iCal you
can create an event and have the event trigger an applescript (see
http://www.apple.com/applescript/ical/ for additional instructions). You
will need the most recent version of iCal to do this. In Entourage, you
would make a new schedule under Tools->Schedules.
