It is - but the processes don't really *belong* to either do they?
In OS 9 we used the Finder because you couldn't access the OS. In OS X we
can use the both the Finder *and* System Events but not the OS.
Perhaps the overlapping functions found in both the Finder and System Events
should be moved over to System Events?
The list of processes returned by both is laughable compared to what you get
back from something like: do shell script "ps -aux".
