In the AppleScript Release Notes on Apple's website. Hard to find
(www.apple.com/Software/AppleScript/Resources tab/Release Notes/all the
links until you hit 1.7.0):

For some strange reason (OK, OK don't give me the reasons again, please,
anyone) the AppleScript language itself has no dictionary. And these
commands are more recent than the AppleScript Language Guide AS v1.3.7), so
they're not in there either. The best discussion is in Matt Neuburg's book
"AppleScript: The Definitive Guide" published by O'Reilly, pp. 351-353.
