Oh, well that has a logic about it. Nontheless, when I try to write
applescript with the dictionary it dont' work.
The package is at
http://lazerware.com/software.html. It is Power PC
native. Perhaps not compatible. I'll look for some other packages and
see if something else will install.
Thanks for the help.

I tried to install an applescript extension, Regular Expressions.osax
into /Library/ScriptingAdditions but the extension is not recognized.
The preferences-Plug-ins does not show ANY Plug-ins loaded. Any
tips on installation?
Preferences>Plugins in Script Editor has nothing to do with Scripting
Additions... it's for plugins to Script Editor itself, whereas
Scripting Additions (OSAX) are like plugins for the AppleScript
language.
To see if the OSAX is installed properly, just select Open Dictionary
from the File menu in Script Editor - if your OSAX shows there, then
it's installed... you can then select it to view its dictionary.
