It may be PPC native but it's for OS 8/9, not for OS X. It won't do anything
in /Library/ScriptingAdditions . If you have Classic on and put it in
/System Folder/Scripting Additions/ , it will work only when you're in a
Classic app, or in a tell block directed to a Classic app. Which probably
doesn't do you much good.

Get the Satimage osax for OS X, put it in /Library/ScriptingAdditions, and
inspect its find text, change and re_compile commands.
