ScriptMenu error

I have several Safari scripts (as applications) to display certain
pages. They work fine under cron. They work fine when double-clicked in
the Scripts Folder. However, selecting one in the menu gets me this
message:

Script Menu
An error occurred. OSErr -10814

Is there an easy explanation for this?
