to have that calendar published to our local server. Does anyone need how
to do publish calendars through AS?

If all you need is for other iCal users to be able to subscribe to the calendar (as opposed to any fancy HTML rendering), you just need to copy the calendar file to the server. Find the file in ~/Library/Calendars that has the name of your calendar followed by ".ics" and copy that to the server. How you do the copy will depend on the kind of server. I personally use curl in a "do shell script" to upload to my web server.
