Script Debugger's dictionary wouldn't have any relevance to the Finder's
scripting abilities. You need to check the Finder's dictionary to see what
specific commands the Finder understands.
Each application has its own dictionary. In Script Debugger, choose File ->
Open Dictionary -> Application... and choose Finder from the list and you'll
see the Finder's dictionary. Same for any other application on your system.
That said, I can't recall 'archiving/compression zip-like' capabilities in
the Finder. You can technically 'archive' files using the Finder's
'duplicate' command, but I can't think of a zip functionality in the Finder,
but that's not to say there aren't other applications on your machine that
can do this.
