You can easily do this, and you don't need AppleScript to do it.
Just mount the drives manually once, then make an alias of the drive icon
and put the alias in the Startup Items folder (in System Folder) on the
machine.
The next time the machine boots it will automatically open everything in the
Startup Items folder, reconnecting you to the relevant servers.
