info on scripting Excel?

Hi,
I'm new to AppleScript and new to this list. Finally got sick of
complex repetitive tasks that I need to do regularly, and so I'm
continuing my lifelong struggle to learn how to 'think like a
programmer, in order to minimize the boring parts of computer-related
tasks.' ;0)
Anyway, I've been reading Matt Neuberg's book, and scanning the lists
archives subject lines. Googling so far revealed numerous books for
purchase, but havent yet found collections of other people's scripts
for excel, things like that...
Does anyone have pointers to other webpages that focus on this topic?
