I had the same problem. I just threw away the classic keychain scripting program. I think I'm gonna trash the whole OS 9 folder soon...

Can't wrap my head around this simple, basic problem. Tried to run some
keychain scripting examples posted lately, but when I put them in Script
Editor 2.0/10.3.3, it insists on launching Classic and using the scripting
addition loaded in OS 9.2.2. How do I get it to use the OS X scripting
additon?
