There's a note in this page that states:
NOTE: In the initial release of Mac OS X v10.3, the Script Editor
will not translate embedded scripts containing high-ASCII characters
such as: ,, or
So, how can we encode the left & right chervon + option \ & shift option \ ; ?
Do we need an update of Script Editor, any ideas?
I personally believe that the applescript URL protocol is ridiculous. :)
A URL is supposed to be a reference to a resource, not the resource itself.
Any place you can put a URL, you can put a script; they're both just text.
In addition, URLs tend to run up against length limits in certain contexts.
I predict this will go the way of mood rings and disco music. ;)
