Check the man pages for crontab. I've set this up with AppleScript; let
me know if you need more advise tomorrow when I'm at the machine. The one
thing to say now is that you should use pico in the form of "pico -w" so
that any long lines don't get hard-wrapped, which could cause failure of
your job(s).
