Well, I'm still not halfway through Matt Neuberg's book, "Applescript:
The Definitive Guide", but it is extremely comprehensive and completely
up to date, especially with the web addendum. I'm guessing your
choosing the second book you mention because of the
Amazon-synergy-buy-two-get-a-special-deal deal. Well, the book that is
paired with Neuberg's is "Learning Unix for Mac OSX Panther" which is
EXCELLENT as an basic but thorough answer to that question we
Applescripters now have: "So, what all can I now do with this do shell
script thing?"
