If you are looking for a separate file of the dictionary,
then you won't find it (!).
The dictionary is part of the application file, drop the application onto
Apple Script Editor, and the dictionary should be revealed.

Or, in Script Editor, File menu, Open DictionaryŠ Show: Scriptable
applications, Open AppleWorks.

You could alter AppleWorks;
Preferences, Files, Saved Document, Remember Translator.
So it will save the document back in the same format as it opened, with an
AppleWorks family icon.
