How so? My rule looks for lists.apple.com in the Any recipients
heading just fine, with both the old and the new system. The Cc:
header is also an option.
You're talking about filtering rules. I was talking about the little
search window in the top-right corner. My routine is to type a few
letters in the search field, to temporarily see similar messages. IMO,
it's a great feature of Mail.app. If I were to filter them into a
separate folder, I'd probably not think to look at them for a while.
I'm sorry Ed. I had a feeling I was misunderstanding you. You are
correct... no Cc: filter option for me either. However, typing "apple"
or "lists.apple" with a search everywhere filter should do the job. I
simply have all my things go into seperate folders at the "rule" level.
For me, it's a good thing to be able to ignore a certain listserv's
email until I wish to see it.
Not sure the purpose regarding changing the To -> Cc... At least they
fixed the email name pretty quickly.
