How so? My rule looks for lists.apple.com in the Any recipients
heading just fine, with both the old and the new system. The Cc:
header is also an option.
You're talking about filtering rules. I was talking about the little
search window in the top-right corner. My routine is to type a few
letters in the search field, to temporarily see similar messages. IMO,
it's a great feature of Mail.app. If I were to filter them into a
separate folder, I'd probably not think to look at them for a while.

all I see are "Entire Message", "From", "To", and "Subject", then the
same list repeated for "in all mailboxes". I think I remember earlier
versions saying "To or Cc", but I'm not sure about that.
