Cool! I stand (at least partly) corrected. Still... your example concerns running scripts from a user's crontab, so they're logged in (and own a WindowServer process). Do these work from the system crontab? when no-one is logged on?


In Dan's case, though, this should do what needs doing (and I wish I'd heard of Cronnix a few months ago, before re-inventing that wheel too).
