Yes. This is called the 'Lists' library.
"Commands for working with lists, including addition and deletion of items,
recomposing and sorts."

A complete list of all 24 commands/methods, and examples of usage, can be

If you decide you wish to explore the AppleMods libraries, you'll need to
download and install AppleMods' Loader system and the Starter Bundle, which
contains the Lists library as part of the bundle.
