I am totally new with Applescript. Can I access all applications that run on MacOSx?

Some of them you can, some you can't - best way to find out is to open the app's dictionary using Script Editor. Sometimes you'll see a huge list of useful stuff in the dictionary, sometimes a handful of bits and bobs, sometimes there's nothing at all.

If you don't find a dictionary, don't despair, you can often bodge it using UI Scripting (http://www.apple.com/applescript/uiscripting/) or an app like iKey (http://www.scriptsoftware.com/ikey/).

I've not heard of the app you're trying to script, so I can't help you much beyond this.

Good luck!
